The Concept
Kunstig was a pop-up art gallery that challenged the traditional boundaries between artist and audience. Guests didn't just view art—they created it using artificial intelligence.
Keep in mind that this project was created in 2023, and the technology used was cutting-edge at the time.
Using VQGAN+CLIP and GPT-3, visitors could input prompts and watch as AI generated unique artworks. This project explored the intersection of human creativity and artificial intelligence, creating a collaborative art-making experience.
The installation invited participants to reflect on the role of AI in creative processes and challenged perceptions about authorship in art.
